Corporate Actions & Dividends Analyst

A leading UK based stockbroker, steeped in history, are seeking a new Corporate Actions & Dividends Clerk to join their expanding Corporate Actions & Dividends team.

This Dividends & Corporate Actions role will offer broad exposure and strong opportunities to learn and expand your skill set. This is not a pure process role and will offer progression & training.

The role will deal with all aspects of corporate actions & dividends including monitoring, processing and broadcasting. There will be daily monitoring of corporate actions across various accounts; advise and action corporate actions; and service corporate company accounts including Proxies and Letters of Representation.

The successful candidate will have: Good experience of corporate actions issues, preferably with Market Making; and have a firm knowledge of CREST.
