Project co-ordinator
The company I am recruiting for is a market leading media organisation. They are always at the for front of product development, innovation and customer relations.
KEY AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITIES
To liaise all contacts to develop new advertising, proactively seeking new opportunities and delivering Client-led proposals.
DUTIES
Develop with the Development Managers new advertising proposals and build new infrastructure / rebuild advertising sites as a result of redevelopment
Assist the Development Managers in developing relationships with personnel and contractors, attending meetings as required
Liaise with the Sales team, Client Services and Clients to ensure all parties are aware of Developments and the commercial effects
Raise credits, site approval forms, update new product development list and undertake other administration duties as required
SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS
Must be PC literate - Word, Excel, PowerPoint
A clean driving licence is preferred
Solid co-ordinating/project management skills experience
PERSON SPECIFICATION
Project Management experience in a construction or refitting/development industry is ideal
Knowledge of production, manufacturing and procurement preferred
Experience in the airport, rail or roadside advertising sectors would be a distinct advantage
Position would suit a logical thinker who can rise to challenges and can problem solve effectively, often when the pressure is on to deliver a project a timely fashion
Excellent organisation skills are essential.
