CRM Database Assistant


CRM Database Assistant, London WC1

Database Assistant is required for the London office of this leading commercial law firm. Working within the Marketing Department, the Database Assistant is responsible for managing and maintaining data within the Firm's CRM system, assisting in the manipulation of their Contact Manager and developing Firm-wide usage. The Database Assistant position is a varied role within CRM and would also involve supporting the database team by providing advice and training, managing leaver and starter accounts, generating reports for Business Development, providing first line technical support, generating lists for events and publications, undertaking data cleansing projects and providing administrative support including data entry, event response and returned mail.

You will be able to demonstrate

- Experience of working with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Excellent time management skills
- A 'can do' and proactive approach
- Flexibility
