Poker Gaming Support Officer

The Company:
Our client, a UK based international company, is currently recruiting for a Poker Gaming Support Officer for their offices based in SW London.
The Role:
The role will be based at the heart of the company's Marketing Department. Daily tasks will include:
-Acting as a 2nd line supprot to the Customer Service team.
-Responsible for creating and setting up tournaments and bonus schemes.
-Monitor and review products and website to ensure the best possible experience.
-Data collection and analysis of promotions and feature torunaments.
Candidate Profile:
The successful candidate will have a keen interest in Poker and other online gaming products. Good IT skills, focused and ambitious with the ability to communicate well and strong customer service skills.
Salary/Additional Information:
The salary for this position will be £23,000 and an excellent benefits package including; Health Insurance and an excellent Company Bonus Scheme. The hours for this role will be 9.00am ? 6.00pm Monday ? Friday.
