Print Room Assistant Manager

My client, a leading accountancy firm, are seeking an Assistant Manager for their Print Room.

This is a high volume print room that offices a 24 hr service 5 days a week, an it an extremely busy, demanding, environment often work to short deadlines whilst maintaining a high quality service.

The Print Room Assistant Manager will deputise for the Print Room Manager in the day to day running of the Print Room. As Print Room Manager you will have previous experience of managing teams and be able to performance manage your staff. The Print Room Manager must have a can do attitude, be flexible, the ability to project manage and develop the team, be able to produce procedures and processes and have vision to create strategy and deliver reports.

The responsibilities of the Print Room Manager include:

- Overall responsibility of the front of house team
- Supervising a large team
- Organising staff rotas/working hours
- Ensuring staff training and development is up to date
- Monitoring and prioritising workflow
- Demonstrating ability to implement procedures
- Ensuring Service Level Agreements are adhered to
- Keeping good quality control procedures and policies, ensuring quality of work is consistent
- Liaising with engineers regarding machine faults

The hours for the Print Room Assistant Manager role are 10am ? 7pm (40 hours per week).
