New opportunity for any experienced consultants wanting to work for one of the UK's most successful IT Recruitment Companies. Located minutes from Bank Station in high spec offices overlooking the Thames, you will be delivering IT and engineering staff to blue chip industries and services within Telecommunications, the Financial Services and Retail sectors.
As a consultant you will immediately have the opportunity to begin working on a number of key accounts in your desired sector. Current clients include Goldman Sachs, Virgin, Sony, BMW World wide and BP amongst others. Boasting on of the most competitive commission structures in the Industry ? after a 2K threshold you commission peaks at 45% allowing most consultants to bill in excess of 100K per year.
For this position it is essential you are of graduate calibre with a proven track record track record in IT recruitment. To be successful you will need to be highly sales driven, money motivated, confident, ambitious with an excellent ability to negotiate and multitask whilst remaining calm in a high pressure environment.
Working from the floor of a 30 strong recruitment company you can expect a busy social calendar as monthly and quarterly nights out are encouraged (and always paid for by the company). Other perks include annual holidays abroad for high achievers (last year was Barbados), regular sporting events, regular client nights out and the realistic opportunity to work abroad for one of the companies international offices (destinations include New York, Chicago, San Francisco and Sydney amongst others).
