Workflow Co-ordinator (12:00 - 20:00)
To take responsibility for the management of workflow through the varied work of the Presentations/DTP department on a day to day basis, with respect to deadlines and time management, quality and accuracy. Provide the first level support for all client and team queries during this time, escalating to the Team Leader when appropriate. An experienced Workflow Coordinator, or experienced Presentations Operator seeking to move to workflow and able to demonstrate required skills is required for this role.
We are looking for a good communicator with the ability to liase at all levels of management,, has a high level of customer focus and a keen awareness for deadlines. You must have a good working knowledge of Micorsoft Office and a knowledge of the Adobe Creative Suite would be beneficial although not essential.
Salary: to £30,000
