PA to Director and 2 Managers ? 1 year contract
Our Client, a Top 10 firm of Management Consultants with offices all over the country are seeking an experienced PA Secretary to provide support to a Director and 2 Managers in this busy, fast paced and dynamic department within their offices situated in the 'heart' of the City of London. This will be a varied and involved role where day to day duties will be to organising diaries, meeting, travel arrangements, client liaison, composing correspondence, producing PowerPoint and Word presentations etc. There is also a Marketing element to this role so previous marketing experience would be an advantage however this is by no means essential. Candidates must have strong grammar, writing and verbal communication skills, good organisation skills the ability to multi task and remain calm under pressure. Candidates must also have strong MS Office skills and previous experience working within Finance/Financial Services at a similar level and within a team environment.
