Pensions Administrator
My Client is well known and highly respected retails operation whose in-house pensions department is currently seeking a number of Pension Administrators on a fixed term contract basis.
You will be responsible for administering their Pension Schemes effectively, accurately and efficiently in line with agreed procedures. The key accountabilities for this role are to calculate all relevant benefits on a manual and computerised basis, ensuring in line with agreed procedures, communicate accurate benefits details to all parties.
In addition you will be required to maintain service level agreements on transfers in and out of the Scheme as well as maintain accurate records on the computerised systems in a timely and efficient manner. You may be asked to undertake other tasks/duties as defined by Pensions Administration Manager.
You must have experience of administrating occupational pension schemes, both final salary and contracted out money purchase, be PC literate with good working knowledge of Profund pensions systems and Microsoft Office products with the ability to work accurately in line with agreed procedures and to defined deadlines. Ideally, you will be studying for QPA or PMI an advantage.
Salary: £18000 - £25000 per annum + excellent benefits
