Pensions Team Leader
This professional and expanding Third Party Administrator now has an exciting opportunity for a Pensions Team Leader to join their offices in West London.
This role reports directly to the Administration Manager & would be ideal for an experienced Team Leader or possibly a Senior Administrator looking to move into a supervisory position.
Key Duties will include: overseeing the full administration cycle including annual renewals and other ad hoc events, liaise with client and their representatives (ie. HR, Payroll), supervision of team administrators, allocation and overseeing workload, monitor performance statistics to ensure SLA's are met, provide technical and training support for team members, ensure company procedures are followed.
This role requires a very 'hands on' approach and successful candidates should have technical knowledge of DB and DC schemes.
You should also have a thorough understanding of FSA regulations and guidelines along with excellent communication skills. Progression with PMI/QPA is preferred but not essential for this position.
Salary: £30000 - £37000 per annum + excellent benefits
