Reconciliations / Internal Control Supervisor

A leading Investment Bank with a reputation for exemplary staff satisfaction levels are seeking an additional recruit to their expanding Internal Control Team.

This role will involve:
Internal Control / Operational Control / Trade Control for all trades involved
Process flow control of trades
All trades follow a logical and compliant flow
Overview Automatic reconciliations through Intellimatch
Investigation of any reconciliation breaks

The successful candidate is likely to have:
A reconciliations background but be looking to get away from a pure reconciliations role
A basic understanding of Operational risk and Audit disciplines (without actually having performed either function)
Have the potential to develop as a manger in the longer run
