Senior Manager - Planning & Training
An excellent opportunity has arisen for a flexible and motivated individual to join the Group Operational Risk team in London.
The role combines day to day management, including overall planning, budgeting, resource estimation and management of contractors on behalf of the group compliance and risk function, and with additional accountability for management, development and maintenance of all internal training requirements and deliverables.
A broad background in Financial Services is a must, along with project management, processes, methodology and delivery expertise. An internal or external project management practitioner qualification is essential, and you must also have experience of developing and delivering training solutions including both technical and softer training requirements. The successful candidate will possess excellent knowledge of MS Project, PowerPoint, Word and Excel. Working knowledge of Visio would also be advantageous.
