Client Liaison Executive/Account Manager
An excellent role for a client liaison/account handler role to work for an international Securities Company in an account manager role in which you will liaise extensively with clients, have face to face meetings as well.
Your experience and background will be in a similar role, from a professional client services/financial background in a account related To manage and undertake on going contact with clients to ensure:
Sales teams have access to specialist product support for sales, renewals and operational issues
Client satisfaction with service
Efficient service delivery to client
Renewal of retainer year on year
Services being delivered reflects clients requirements and is up to date
Routine client liaison and client meetings, telephone and e-mail follow up regarding the service and usage to ensure the client is happy with the service levels
Salary: £26000 - £29000 per annum
