Partner/Director/Team Secretary-Extremely Varied Role-£31k

An extremely varied role working at one of the worlds leading Management Consultancy's. This is a fabulous role that will include supporting a Partner, a Director and a team and combines a focussed PA role with the business of Team Secretarial work. This role would suit someone who is looking for variation and who is keen to secure a role where no two days are ever the same.

Duties will include:
Maintain control of the Partner's and Director's diaries, accepting meetings where appropriate
Handle internal and external calls and be first point of contact for the partner's/teams' high profile external and internal clients
Organise internal and external meetings
Receive and deal with where appropriate all emails, internal and external post, and faxes for both the Partner and Directors
Produce and proof read high quality reports, correspondence, minutes, file notes and faxes, from macros and non-standard documents by copy typing to tight deadlines
Input timesheets and expenses for Partner and Directors
Other ad-hoc duties/projects as required by the team inc CRM, expenses etc.
Organise travel arrangements


Salary: £29000 - £31000 per annum + fantastic corporate benefits
