Classic PA role for Financial Services Environment-£30k

Working in the Corporate Advisory area of this world leading Financial Services Environment, our client is looking to recruit an experienced and confident PA to work in this high profile and demanding role. Corporate Advisory is the fastest growing area of this company and the department is on track to turning over £60 million by September 2008. To support this rapid growth our clients are keen to employ a PA to support the European COO.

The role requires initiative and flexibility and would suit an efficient organiser with accurate copy, typing, PowerPoint and Excel skills. To be successful the ideal candidate would need to have the ability to prioritise their own workload and juggle a multitude of tasks, acting as an Executive PA.

The Responsibilities
Co-ordination and management of diary arrangement for the Partner
Arranging travel and accommodation
Provide an accurate and prompt copy typing service. This service will include preparation of PowerPoint slides, organisation of printing and binding of documents. Producing high quality reports, correspondence, minutes, file notes and faxes, using macros and non-standard documents, including Excel spreadsheets.
Telephone liaison
Preparation of client fees and other finance administration as directed - especially at year end and during "hard closes"
Preparation of expense claims on a monthly basis
Handle/sort and deal with post and couriers.



Salary: £28000 - £30000 per annum + amazing corporate benefits
