ACA ambitious audit manager required by my client, a Top Ten practice, who deliver cutting edge risk based internal audit and other risk assurance. The principal objective of the internal audit service is to provide a robust independent assurance that the risks facing the organisation are being managed effectively and efficiently. They believe that, whilst remaining independent and objective, the role of internal audit is also to provide an added value advisory service to management.

They are developing its practice in the public sector and local governement and related entities sector. As a result of this expansion, the firm is seeking to recruit dedicated Internal Audit/Risk Assurance Managers and Qualified staff to complement the existing teams.

You will be supervising a team of Qualified and Part Qualified staff so leadership experience would be an advantage, as would exposure to Public Sector or NFP organisations. Applications from candidates with management within external audit roles also welcomed.

Salary: £40000 per annum + Excellent Benefits
