Executive ? Corporate Finance

Executive ? Corporate Finance
To £200,000 + Bonus + Benefits
London

The Client is an entrepreneurial, boutique Corporate Finance house. The majority of their deal flow relates to IPOs (Initial Public Offerings) on AIM and M&A work. They are a Nominated Adviser, UK Listing Authority registered Sponsor, a Member of the London Stock Exchange and are corporate advisers on PLUS Markets. They are predominantly active in the small/mid cap end of the market and currently have 23/24 clients traded on AIM, making us one of the larger nominated advisers.

They require someone who is an NA2 Qualified Executive. They must also be a FSA registered person and someone who has acted in a corporate finance advisory role, which may include the regulation of corporate finance, for at least the last three years and has been a lead adviser on 3 ?relevant transactions? in the past 3 years (?relevant transactions? are AIM admission documents or Full List documents).

They have a very flat structure and provide significant responsibility (a fair degree of autonomy) to anyone who joins. Candidates can become involved in all aspects of a transaction ? origination of deals (if they are so inclined), negotiating them and execution. It would also suit someone tired of huge firm mentality and bureaucracy.
