Financial Controller interim

A FTSE 200 leading business services company needs a Financial Controller to help lead a well established finance team. The company has already earned a glowing reputation amongst many big clients for improving revenue after their consultative service.
The Financial Controller will be responsible for day to day running of the finance team. Reporting into the Financial Director, this role is a traditional hands-on manager position where responsibilities will be focused mainly on managing rather than simply reporting. External liaising with clients will be a regular aspect of the role as well as maintaining good business to business relationships.
Successful candidates will ideally have recent Financial Controller experience perhaps within another business services environment, and boast a good technical accounting background. CA/ACCA/ACMA (or equivalent) need apply. The company is based near Hemel Hempstead and the role will be a 6 month contract, temp perm opportunity. Pay is £350 per day.
