Management Accountant
Property - Management Accountant - City - 3 to 6 mth temp - £20ph ltd
Leading Global property organisation are currently looking for a part qualified management accountant to work within the property services part of the business. Your main responsibilities are as followed;
§ Assist in the production of monthly and internal income management accounts
§ Monthly forecasting of income targets
§ Analysis of reports for snr management
§ Involvement in business modeling, e.g. production of scenarios for different markets.
§ Consolidate income management accounts from other members of the team and produce income analysis by product.
You will ideally have property experience although this is not paramount. You should have a strong analytical background and have a strong understanding of the information they are producing.
