With a growing network of offices throughout the UK, our client specialises in senior level recruitment in the Construction and Pharmaceutical sectors for clients ranging from FTSE 100 organisations to medium sized enterprises. Based from their City office you can expect to work on some exciting projects for some of London's leading companies. Your initial responsibility will be the development and management of a client portfolio; this will be achieved through the acquisition of some new business but mostly the account management of existing and previous clients. Alongside client management you will follow through on all candidate application procedures.
This opportunity is open to graduates with a minimum of 6 months business to business sales experience. It would be advantageous to have previously worked within the recruitment sectors but not a necessity as training in all aspects of the role will be available. However, it is important that you posses first class communication and presentation skills, a polished approach and the ability to liaise at levels of business.
The successful candidate can expect a base salary between 18-22k depending upon experience with an uncapped OTE of 50k in the first year plus additional incentives, perks and prospects.
