Our Client is an innovative leader in the field of leadership and development training. Their growing portfolio of solutions provides training courses, training software, seminars and consultancy on an international level to help businesses educate their staff both quickly and efficiently. Due to continued growth they now have an exciting opening in their London office for an experienced Business Development Manager.
As a Business Development Manager you will work independently to achieve target through closing deals and developing strong client relationships. You will develop and implement sales strategies, generate sufficient appointments and meetings to sit alongside those generated through internal marketing strategies and also manage a growing portfolio of existing accounts.
Applications are invited from degree educated candidates with a minimum of 3-4 years previous consultative sales experience. You will be dynamic in your approach, ambitious, self motivated and an excellent communicator with a proven record of achievement. Your presentation and closing skills will be first class and you will also demonstrate high levels of drive with determination to make your mark in an industry leading training provider.
Successful candidates can expect a base salary circa 30-35k dependent upon experience with an uncapped OTE exceeding 50-60k plus benefits.
