Our Client is a leading dealership that covers many of today's high end brands. With a solid reputation for quality and service this leading auto group are well positioned to capitalise upon opportunities within the local business market. Due to continued growth and the launch of a new initiative, they now have an exciting opening for a Business Development Manager to be based in Buckinghamshire.

As a Business Development Manager your principal task will be to maximise sales and profit opportunities through the delivery of corporate sales performance for the marques that our client represents. Revenue will be achieved through Identifying new business opportunities within a given geographical area for all marques. The focus will be on identifying opportunities from a mix of company types and sizes. This is an exciting role for a sales professional with a passion for cars.

The ideal candidate will posses a minimum of 2 years business to business sales experience. You will be tenacious, highly motivated and have first class communication and presentation skills. Your commercial acumen, commitment and passion will be your key career builders as will your energy, flexibility and personality. You will also have the ability to work and report at all levels, be a strategic thinker and have the ability to make informed and business critical decisions.

Successful candidates can expect a base salary circa 25-28k dependent upon experience with an OTE exceeding 35-40k plus a full and generous benefits package.
