With a growing network of over 30 offices strategically placed throughout the UK, our client specialises in the recruitment of Accounting and Finance staff for clients ranging from FTSE 100 organisations to small and medium sized enterprises. Due to continued growth within their business and the industry in general they have an exciting opening for a polished grad calibre professional looking for either their first or second step within the recruitment arena.
Based from one of our client's London offices you can expect to work on some exciting projects for some of London's leading companies. Your initial responsibility will be the development of a client portfolio; this will be achieved through the acquisition of new business and the account management of existing and previous clients. Alongside client management you will follow through on all candidate application procedures.
The ideal candidate for this role will be a graduate with a minimum of 6-12 months business to business sales experience. It would be advantageous to have previously worked within the financial markets or recruitment sectors but not a necessity as training in those aspects of the role will be available. However, it is important that you posses first class communication and presentation skills, a polished approach and the ability to liaise at levels of business.
The successful candidate can expect a base salary between 17-19k depending upon experience with an uncapped OTE of 30-35k in the first year plus additional incentives, perks and prospects.
