Account Manager - H&S Solution Sales
Our client is one of worlds leading authorities on occupational health, safety and environmental training solutions. Founded nearly 50 years ago they have grown to become a leading player by focusing on their mission to promote health, safety and environmental best practice for the benefit of society and the increase of productivity. Due to continued UK growth and their ongoing commitment to customer service they now require an additional Internal Account Manager to work a productive territory from their modern Hammersmith offices.
As an Internally based Account Manager your key task will be to develop and manage revenues from within an existing subscriber base. Working as an integral part of a geographically focused sales team you will have access to our client's extensive portfolio of consultancy, training and support services. Key responsibilities will include contract renewal/extensions, up-sell and cross-sell of available products and services and the full management of accounts, which may include some client training.
The ideal candidate will be educated to degree level with a minimum of 12-18 months experience gained preferably within a B2B sales environment. You will have excellent communication and presentation skills, a professional work ethic, high levels of motivation and customer service along with the self discipline and desire to succeed within an ever expanding industry.
The successful candidate can expect a base salary of 20k with an uncapped and very achievable OTE of 35-40k plus a generous benefits package.
