Bingo Gaming Support Officer

The Company:
Our client, a UK based international company, is currently recruiting for a Bingo Gaming Support Officer for their offices based in SW London.
The Role:
The role will be based at the heart of the company's Marketing Department. Daily tasks will include:
-Daily management and admin. of the operations with this product.
-Conducting and mainting thorough competitior analysis and recommending areas for improvement.
-Understanding of the customer service experience and monitoring forums and customer feedback.
Candidate Profile:
The successful candidate will ideally have 1-3 years experience ein the gaming industry with extensive gaming industry knowledge, both on and offline. They will be motivated by targets, analytical with strong attention to detail and ambitious.
Salary/Additional Information:
The salary for this position will be £23,000 and an excellent benefits package including; Health Insurance and an excellent Company Bonus Scheme. The hours for this role will be 9.00am ? 6.00pm Monday ? Friday.
