Executive Assistant Needed for Blue Chip Company ? 6 Month C


We are currently looking for a professional and highly motivated EA to work for a fantastic corporate blue chip company based in the City.

In this role you will be supporting around 4 extremely busy senior executives. On completion of this demanding 6 month contract role you will receive a bonus, and at the 6 month stage the contract is also renewable at an improved hourly rate.

In this role you will be required to take on a number of tasks which include but are not limited to ?

? Extensive diary management on Outlook
? International and domestic travel arranging
? The first port of call for all internal and external emails, faxes and telephone calls
? Arranging all internal and external meetings
? Arranging telephone conferencing meetings
? Liaising with other departments and helping out with other departments as and when necessary

This is an extremely busy role and will more often than not require you to work on your own initiative. You will need to be extremely well presented and have an excellent can do attitude.

Skills required include ?

? 50 wpm minimum
? Excellent communication skills
? Intermediate to excellent Word, Excel and Power point
? Expert knowledge of Outlook
? Excellent organisation skills
? Proactive outlook
