Our Client is a leading executive search & selection consultancy. They have an excellent reputation for the delivery of the highest calibre solutions to their clients. Established in 1990, with offices in Reading, Berkshire and The City of London, they have a professional team of experienced consultants capable of handling single or multiple assignments throughout the UK, and increasingly on an international basis. They are looking for diligent Search Consultants to join a growing team.
It is important that you have perms recruitment experience, and that you are used to high-level recruitment. This role would particularly suit someone who wants to work in the search sector but not travel into London. You should also be capable of building your own IT technical desk from scratch. A proactive personality, you must be self-sufficient and able to work on your own.
