IT Recruitment Team Leader- London Waterloo
Based only minutes from London Waterloo Station with views of the London Eye a new and innovative IT Recruitment Company are actively seeking an experienced IT recruitment Team Leader to manage and grow a team of 4 consultants. Although the Company has only been in operation for 4 years it has already established itself within the IT recruitment market working with a number of high profile clients including Cadbury Schweppes, Unilever, Kimberly Clark and Nestle.
Within this position the key objectives are two-fold; to develop and build the existing team, growing both the revenue and the team members through managing and motivating them, and achieving personal revenue targets. It is envisaged that as soon as the team reaches a 8-10 in size and are delivering an agreed/appropriate revenue level, this will become a purely management based role.
For this position it is essential you are an experienced IT recruitment team leader who has the ambition to grow with a new and innovative recruitment company. To be successful you will need to have experience of working within a non PSL recruitment environment where the focus has been on delivering business into a range of new clients at good margins. In addition you must possess an excellent understanding of the IT recruitment industry and be able to act as a role model to the trainee consultants in the office.
