HR Officer ? 4 month contract
Our Client a Top 10 firm of Management Consultants/Business Advisors with offices all over the country are seeking an HR Officer to join their fast paced and dynamic HR team at their offices in the 'heart' of London's West End. As an HR Officer you will understand the professional services industry in order to offer a relevant HR service, agree and deliver HR objectives in line with our clients goals, contribute towards delivering the national HR agenda. Duties will involve Recruitment and Selection, Performance management, HR advising, training and development, provide all round advice on rewards/family policies etc. This is a varied and involved role where candidates will have 2 ? 3 years experience of operational HR including recruitment, discipline and grievance, performance, management and a broad knowledge of employment law.
