Internal Executive Search Recruiter
Overview of company
Our Client are a global brand. This role represents a truly unique opportunity for an individual looking to move onsite. We are looking for candidates with Executive Search (headhunting) experience gained in a Search & Selection organisation. Any industry discipline will be considered but ideally we'd like to see people from a Finance, IT, Legal, HR or related (Professional service) recruitment background.
Full job description (responsibilities, remit etc)
? Own and manage all external and internal recruitment
? Develop and maintain key client contacts both internally and externally and strengthen existing relationships
? Attend appropriate client meetings to gain knowledge with regard to sales pipelines, requirements and business strategy
? Develop knowledge of the marketplace and competitors to maintain an effective recruitment and selection process. Use this knowledge to recommend and assist in developing recruitment strategies and maintain competitiveness in hiring
? Conduct competency based interviews and make recommendations on selection
? Manage the offer process for potential joiners including salary queries, negotiating start date, induction etc
? Demonstrate an understanding of candidate sourcing methods e.g. contingency, search, advertising, job boards, websites etc
? Brief all relevant suppliers on current requirements and update on a regular basis with information on new policies, procedures
? Take part in a central projects, either as a project manager or with responsibility for co-ordinating the recruitment team effort to ensure that all deadlines, targets and team responsibilities are met
? Routinely involved in problem solving e.g. analysis and interpreting data and challenge assumptions where required
Candidate skills required
Essential requirements:
? Executive Search experience (researcher or consultant)
? Be comfortable with, and demonstrate, a strong track record of headhunting & networking for candidates.
? Excellent relationship management and communication skills
? The ability to manage your own workload
? Excellent organisation skills demonstrating the ability to prioritise and work to tight deadlines
? A proactive, diplomatic, assertive and flexible nature
? Passion for your work with the desire and motivation to succeed in a hardworking environment
Desirable Skills and abilities:
? Language (French, Spanish, German or other European language)
? Good interpersonal skills
? Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing
? Good presentation skills
? Strong time management skills and ability to work to deadlines and prioritise work accordingly
? Ability to work on own initiative with minimal supervision
? Well developed IT skills
? Able to analyse and problem solve from complex information and make an informed decision
? Good organisational skills
