Our Client delivers specialised professional recruitment, outsourcing, and talent management solutions worldwide. This role will be working onsite with one of their key clients.
Full job description (responsibilities, remit etc)
Activities and Tasks:
? Manages on-site delivery team to ensure performance/quality standards are met/exceeded working to key KPI's
? Conducts appraisal's and development plans for the team
? Ensure team are working to the Client SLA
? Drive management reporting for client and them
? Act as escalation point for the business to ensure client satisfaction
? Builds effective long term relationships with key stakeholders within the client
? Working with the Resource Centre to plan and implement resource strategies for the client and ensuring agreement to Recruitment Plan's and budget's
? Develops and implements Account Plan to ensure the client achieves the optimum value from their services and to maximise the value of the client to them
? Develops and manages their Service Excellence Programme
? Looks for opportunities for growth within existing client base
? Utilising direct sourcing methods through the resource Centre to leverage profitability for them

Person Specification
Graduate calibre
6 years + experience within a highly commercial, customer facing role
Recruitment experience ideally both in-house and agency recruitment
Team management experience ideally Senior Recruiters
Industry sector knowledge
Change management experience
Business Process re-engineering
Account development
Consultancy
Project management
An understanding of the different attraction methods and how and when to use them
An understanding of different selection & assessment tools/techniques and how and when to use them
Relevant industry sector experience & an understanding of business/recruitment drivers
Salary £55k basic, + £12k OTE
