FP&A Manager
With future growth plans in place, my client requires an FP&A Manager to work in a pan-european role from their HQ in Uxbridge
The key remit of the role is to support a set of European Business Heads with performance management information based around Sales, KPI metrics and SG&A analysis.
You will create and analyse financial and management reports,
make recommendations to country finance managers and improve/implement new reports based around key business requirements. You will also drive regular budgetting and forecasting meetings across the business to ensure that the in-country teams are on track.
Relationship building is key to this role as there is plenty of work to increase cross-business information flow and reporting capability
You will be a qualified accountant (CIMA/ACCA) either with practice or commercial experience gleaned from a blue chip background. A stable career to date coupled with direct experience of FP&A and exposure to business and senior managers.
