Trainee IT Recruitment Consultant- 40K OTE!

Graduate Trainee Recruitment Consultants wanted to join one of the most vibrant IT recruitment firms in the industry! The successful candidate will be working within a fast paced environment recruiting for all levels in a number of different sectors.

Based only minutes from Canary Wharf in high spec offices- this company offers ongoing training, a fantastic working environment, excellent basic salary and commission structure, lots of company benefits and ongoing incentives throughout the year.

The job begins with a 2 week induction which will allow you to learn all aspects of recruitment, ranging from advertising to screening candidates, to generating new Business and closing new deals. Once you have progressed successfully through the training process, you will be introduced to three of the companies' largest accounts where you will be working on a variety of positions from juniors up to Director Level.

As a trainee recruitment consultant you will immediately be involved in the full recruitment cycle. The emphasis is very much on a quality driven service so you will be building up strong relationships with clients and candidates alike. You will also have the freedom to develop new clients and supported as you build up your own business.

The ideal candidate will be of graduate caliber, thrive in a competitive office and posses a tenacious attitude towards developing his/her career. You should enjoy working amongst a successful team and be able to display real flair and understanding of recruitment.
