Graduate/Trainee Recruitment Consultant/Trainee Recruiter

GRADUATES! A leading recruitment company based in Central London is now looking for a Graduate/Trainee Recruitment Consultant with a big personality. This company was established in 2001 and is growing rapidly. In this fast-paced role you will be recruiting and placing all levels in to the Public, IT, Finance and Legal sectors.

THE ROLE:
Your role as Trainee Recruitment Consultant will involve interviewing, over the phone and face to face, researching and selling candidates to clients and selling the ideal client to the candidate
You will be cold and warm calling clients, writing job adverts, networking, screening candidates and managing the interview process.
You receive a fee for every candidate successfully placed.
You will be negotiating, persuading, head-hunting and much more!

KEY EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
A Graduate with a 2:2 degree or above
Good A-Levels with target based sales experience
Experience with working in a team, be able to think on your feet. You will be bright, polished, out-going and sociable. Extra-curricular interests - travel, sports, drama, fundraising



Salary: £18,000 - £35,000 per annum, OTE
