Basic Salary £20,000-£25,000
OTE circa £50,000 Year One
Our client is an Executive Search Boutique who focus entirely on Investment Banking and Capital Markets recruitment at Director level and above, predominately on a retained basis.The company is currently 15 strong and continually expanding due to outstanding performance and revenue generated.
The primary focus is Research driven headhunting on behalf of a very small number of top-tier US and European banks. Researchers are encouraged to become consultants as quickly as possible, this progression must be driven by you as a hungry motivated intelligent business person.
