Derivative Operations (ETC & OTD) Clerk
The Company
Robert Half Financial Services Group are looking for a Derivative Operations (ETC & OTD) Clerk, to effectively monitor & manage all MAGIM Exchange Traded and Over the Counter derivative business post execution.
The Role
Key Responsibilities/Deliverables Exchange Traded Derivatives: Margin Management. Trade Reconciliation. Expiry Monitoring/Prompting. Trade Notification. Shadow recordkeeping of PPMA positions. Key Risks Exchange Traded Derivatives: Incorrect Positions, cash balances or trade details could all give risk to a financial loss. Accountabilities: Over the Counter Derivatives: New trade set up. Coordination of confirmation checking and sign off process. Ongoing trade management. Collateral Management. Incorrect Positions, cash balances, trade details or uncovered counterparty risk could all give risk to a financial loss. Task specific checklists. Template instruction forms. Automated reset diary. Reconciliation processes. Key Measures ETD & OTC: Specific Management Information detailing accuracy and timeliness of all key processes. Client feedback. Project due diligence work measured against deadlines as set out in Settlements Project & Priorities Workbook Key Controls Exchange Traded Derivatives Automated Cash trades and position reconciliation. Checklists Deal matching process. Template instruction forms. Qualifications IAQ preferred
