Associate Pensions Consultant
We are recruiting on behalf of a leading firm of Consulting Actuaries who are seeking an Associate Pension Consultant. You will be responsible for the smooth running of the day to day administration of a number of pension scheme arrangements for several leading clients. As an Associate Consultant your specific function and responsibilities will vary and will include maintaining a record of all work in progress and expected tasks for each client, to identify resource requirements, to agree budgets and target dates for project work, to monitor progress against both of these and to keep managers informed of any anticipated problems. Overseeing less experienced members, monitoring work on a daily basis and liaising with other members of staff to reallocate or reprioritise work where necessary, you will additionally be responsible for monitoring attendance, approving holiday requests, recruitment and conducting annual appraisal interviews for junior staff. With experience in dealing with defined benefit occupational pension arrangements, this role will suit experienced pensions administrators or team leaders who are now seeking additional client responsibility.
Salary: £28000 - £34000 per annum + excellent benefits
