Corporate Finance- M&A- Broking Executive
An incredible position has become available in a well established, Stock Brokerage in the heart of the City. This is an opportunity to be part of a strong Corporate Finance Team, working closely with Management and Directors in a structure that presents an opportunity with great responsibility and hence speedy growth.
You will be preparing, analysing and interpreting financial and marketing reports, assisting in both the preparation and delivery of client presentations. You will also be responsible for supervising the production of analyst documentation, coordinating the work of third parties, building client relationships and generally supporting the team as directed. In addition the role will include Equity Research and Stock Broking.
Ideally you will have excellent financial modelling and analytical skills. The successful candidate will be highly motivated, be able to delegate effectively, have great interpersonal skills and be confident, corporate and well presented with an ability to motivate others. This is a great opportunity to join a growing team within a very buoyant market.
