The Role
Robert Half International's client is looking for a Loans Administrator to join the Loans Administration team to assist with the administration of a complex loan portfolio comprising of syndicated, bilateral and agency loans.
Responsibility of this role is to administer a portfolio of loans split across country sectors. This also includes but is not restricted to: Ensuring portfolio is maintained accurately in loan administration system Sending information to Syndicate (e.g. Management Accounts, Compliance Certificates) Providing information to executives, borrowers and syndicate members on a timely basis Checking payments are made according to deadlines and reconciling cash entries Working with executives at closing to facilitate new transactions including initial transfers and funding Managing transfer requests from syndicate members and ensuring compliance guidelines requirements are met Inter-departmental interaction to obtain and give information on loans related queries
Successful candidates will: Be educated to degree level Have experience in syndicated loans administration from banking or fund administration background Be familiar with loan documentation and transfer processes Be pro-active, motivated and able to use initiative Have a positive attitude and good team work skills and excellent interpersonal/communication skills Have good accuracy and attention to detail while working to meet strict deadlines
A European Language (French, Spanish especially) is desirable
