A global real estate private equity firm is currently recruiting for a Senior Analyst / Associate for a global real estate private equity firm. With assets totalling in excess of $20billion and a vastly diversified portfolio of investments, this is fantastic opportunity to be a part of specialist organisation.
The Role
This position will be an integral part of the team with high level of exposure to all aspects of the transaction process. The role will involve assisting with capital raising, financial modeling, asset management and inspection of acquisition targets. The candidate must have 3years experience within the real estate team of an Investment Bank or Private Equity firm with exposure to debt vehicles or CMBSs. In addition, the candidate must possess exceptional financial modeling, outstanding communication skills and due to the travel involved, a second European language is a must.
Salary & Benefits
£40,000.00
