Our client, a leading financial services organisation based in Canary Wharf, are looking for an experienced PA to support a busy but extremely friendly Partner and his small team. This is a fantastic role that promises to be very hands on and would really suit a proactive self starter with a proactive attitude.

Duties will include:
Maintain full control of the very complex (and fast-changing) diaries, including organising meetings and agendas preparing papers for meetings and/or chasing others for papers
Telephone liaison, both external and internal
Carry out copy and audio typing of letters, emails, memos etc. Prepare PowerPoint presentations organise the preparation of these if Graphics department involved
Handle various other administrative tasks required by the partners/directors including, arranging travel & accommodation, preparing expense claims, inputting weekly timesheet if the partners are not in the office, preparing weekly analysis of non client time, organising conference calls & dealing with personal administrative tasks
Arrange client and target entertaining
Salary: £26500 - £28500 per annum + amazing corporate benefits
