Numerical Administrator - Advertising Agency!
A great opportunity has arisen at this well respected & lively Advertising Agency in Central London.

This would suit a well educated person with some numerical related experience & sparky personality. As a lot of the role is dealing with figures you must be numerate & enjoy this sort of work.
Duties include:
- invoice processing
- billing queries & resolution
- management of related documents
- to make checks on all of the above and ensure accuracy, collating data where necessary for delivery to global / regional teams;
- Liaison with internal finance team
- Liaison with channel planning team and leadership on client billing
- assistance in the training of local markets on all elements of client billing processes;
- assistance with media campaign administration where necessary
