Team Secretaries / Administrators

We are currently eager to recruit some top notch Team Secretaries / Administrators! We are looking for people with 2 ? 3 years experience in a varied administration role, ideally within a blue chip company who are ready to take the next step up in their career!

Is this you?

Skills we are specifically looking for include:

?Advanced MS Office skills ? Word, PowerPoint and Excel
?Proficiency in MS Outlook, including full diary management capabilities
?Proven secretarial skills:
-copy / audio typing
-preparation of reports and presentations
-ability to 'gate keep' on behalf of managerial team
-extensive telephone screening
-travel organisation
-conference management and all other ad hoc secretarial duties!

Our clients are looking for support staff that can multi-task, work to tight deadlines and do all this with a pleasant, obliging and calm nature! The majority of the roles we recruit of this nature are either ongoing temporary assignments or temp-to-perm opportunities, all within London's most sought-after companies, so this could be a great opportunity for you to advance your career by temping with Robert Walters Secretarial and Support Division! The rates will be between £10:00 - £12.00 per hour.
