You'll be a strong, confident PA with entrepreneurial flair and exemplary interpersonal skills with the capacity to inspire confidence! You'll be well spoken and smartly presented with a proactive approach and a desire to get fully involved and take on more responsibility. Lots of client and candidate liaison and organisation in this role and not much typing! Ideally, this firm would like to recruit a PA / Executive Assistant on a temp-to-perm basis.
Key areas of responsibility within this PA / Executive Assistant position include:
Handling emails and answering calls
Managing diaries including making appointments and arranging travel
Producing reports and correspondence
Extensive client / candidate liaison
Assisting with new business
Ad hoc projects
