Essential requirements for this Part-Time PA / Office Manager role include:
50 wpm typing
Good Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook skills
Good spelling, grammar, punctuation and vocabulary usage
Strong communication skills, spoken and written
Excellent organising ability and an analytical, detail-oriented approach
Initiative and good decision-making skills!
As a valuable member of a close-knit, friendly team, key responsibilities within this Part-Time PA / Office Manager role include:
Organising diaries, meetings and travel
Taking minutes at meetings
Providing HR support
Composing correspondence
Reviewing all correspondence / mail and responding as necessary
Acting as an interface between clients, Directors, staff, the general public etc and forging strong business relationships
Preparing expense reports
Record keeping and regular reporting
Researching, compiling and summarising a variety of information into a usable format
Organising and overseeing maintenance and repair work and supervising the implementation of new office systems and procedures
Other office management responsibilities and ad hoc projects
