Project / Client Account Coordinator to £33,000
Due to continued expansion and new business wins this leading global accountants and business advisors are looking for a new member of staff to work as a client account coordinator.
Ideally you will be educated to A level/graduate level or equivalent with excellent interpersonal, communication and organisation skills. Previous project administration or client account handling experience is highly preferred.
Duties will include :
? Assist with budget setting analyse / challenge work in progress, summarise costs against budget and highlight overruns
? Coordinate the production of account plans, record and monitor opportunities, relationships and client satisfaction
? Manage activities to ensure that key client, office and individual milestones are achieved on a timely basis and within budget
? Set up, maintain and communicate engagement calendar of events ? Coordinate the writing of, communication, distribution and collation of deliverables
? Plan, manage and review ongoing technical resource requirements
? Maintain and update relevant team / Firm databases
? Coordinate risk management issues
? Regular peer group meetings to share knowledge, experience and best practice examples

Salary: £28000 - £33000 per annum + generous benefits inc 25 days holiday
