Junior Support Analyst
Our client, a medium sized Law Firm based in the City are currently seeking a Junior Support Analyst to work closely with the Technical Support Team Leader in their London office.
The duties of the role comprise:
Delivering professional and productive IT Support service to their business
Working closely with other IT staff to identify and maximise opportunities to use technology and integrated solutions for knowledge management and business processes.
Monitoring and maintaining IT Support procedures and guide staff in their use.
The key responsibilities of the position include:
Installing any desktop related hardware or software that might be necessary
To assist the IT Support Analysts in carrying out the responsibilities of the role
Liase with IT staff and vendors to develop, test and implement agreed system solutions or fixes.
We are ideally looking for someone looking for their second role in IT from a legal or professional services background. Please only apply for this position if you have a minimum of 6 months experience in an IT Support environment.
