Paraplanner (HNW)
Due to continued growth this highly professional Consultancy, based in Newbury, are looking for a HNW Paraplanner to join the Financial Solutions division. The prime objective for the HNW Paraplanner is to support the Consultants by preparing for client meetings, presenting product and investment research.
Other duties will include:
?Organise and prepare client meeting & review documentation;
?Attend client meetings & follow up matters arising;
?Research and analyse new business recommendations;
?Work with consultants on suitability letters;
?Deal with and respond to routine client correspondence;
?Maintain and develop technical, product & provider knowledge
?Develop & maintain client fund performance reporting system;
?Deal with clients when consultant absent;
Previous experience within a similar role is essential and candidates should hold the FPC qualification (or equivalent). Progression with the AFPC is desirable but not essential for this role and the successful candidate will be encouraged to take the complete the Advanced FPC.
Candidates should also have the following:
?Confidence in meeting and dealing with clients;
?Confidence and ability to work independently and with little supervision ? within a team environment;
?Strong verbal and written communication skill;
?Ability to work accurately with figures and forms;
?Proactive initiative rather than reactive responsiveness;
?Problem recognition and solving ability.
