Capital and Development Accountant


A large Housing Association is seeking a Capital and Development Accountant to join its large investment team. The successful candidate with have had experience of depreciation schedules, fixed assets, monitoring capital spend and assets under construction. Advanced Excel is an essential as is proven experience within this field.
