Based from their London office you can expect to receive in-depth training on all aspects of the industry. Once trained, you will work on some exciting projects for some of Europe's leading companies. Your initial responsibility will be the development of a client portfolio; this will be achieved through the acquisition of new business and the account management of existing and previous clients. As a trainee you will also work on candidate generation and candidate management alongside more experienced consultants
The ideal candidate for this role will posses a minimum of 3-6 months post graduate business to business sales experience. It would be advantageous to have previously worked within the recruitment sector but not a necessity as full training will be provided. However, it is important that you posses first class communication and presentation skills, a polished approach and the ability to liaise at all levels of business.
The successful candidate can expect a base salary between 17-21k depending upon experience with an uncapped OTE of 30k in the first year plus additional incentives, perks and prospects.
